• Before you begin, rate your stress level (1–10).
• After the session, check in again and note any changes.
• Sign your work with #Oddysia and your stress shift (e.g., “7→4”).

3. Share Your Experience

Once you’re done:

• Record a short video of yourself showing your finished piece.
• Talk briefly about how the experience felt and what you thought of using the Artboard.
